Animals......

Clay's calf for 4-H came home today. He has named him Paisley......He is a cutie!

Chad was brave enough to get on my nieces mule today.....Daisy May doesn't seem to mind Chad at all!

Good Friends......Good Times

I got to spend Friday evening with 8 girls that I graduated high school with! It was so much fun and so good to see everyone again! I am so blessed to have such good friends after all these years! I can't wait until we can do it again. Attached are a few pictures, but I didn't get a chance to get a group picture on my camera-though there are a few floating around!

Clay....

I haven't said much about Clay so here is an update! He is working at Lone Star as a Host/busboy. He also just got another job at a local pizza place called The Barn. He will be working in food prep......and he is a second generation "Barn" worker-Scott worked there while he was in high-school! Next year Clay is going to go to CTC (Career Technical Center). He has been accepted into the Culinary Arts program-he wants to be a chef. So both jobs that he has right now will be beneficial to him. We had dinner with him at Lone Star today just before his shift. Attached is a picture of him and Chad....little brother loves his big brother!

Soccer!

Big Soccer Tournament this weekend! Even though Cameron has been playing soccer all winter long in-door I'm so excited that the new season is starting. It's nice to see all the other "soccer parents" again. We were in Middletown all day today and have to be back in the morning for one last game. Even though they lost both games it was still fun to watch them play!

Not much else is going on. Just counting down to Spring Break.....2 weeks till Florida!

What a Great Day

Today's weather was near perfect! After church me and the boys played outside. Chad likes to hook his bike up to the camper and he pretends that he is pulling it. Cameron and I have decided to have a garden this year. We planted seeds in cups today. Hopefully we will have some good plants to put in the ground.

Mom and Granny Carrie came over for dinner this afternoon. I was excited that Granny Carrie came over since she has been sick and not feeling well. Yesterday was her first time out of the house in 6 weeks, except for doctor's appointments. After dinner we had a game of corn-hole. Mom and Cameron beat me and Scott by only 1 point!

see.....told you......I meant to say when the kids get on the BUS......oh boy-my brain is mush!

Just Julie

Well I've done it! I have actually created my own blog. I enjoy reading the blogs that a few of my good friends have. I hope mine can be as enjoyable! I'm not the brightest when it comes to computers, but I've decided to go for it! I'm hoping I can post everyday since I'm not working right now. I have nothing else to do with me time-yeah right! If I'm not called back to work soon I think I may get used to this. The luxury of going back to sleep when the kids get on the best is the best! Of course when I do I feel guilty, like I should be cleaning something or doing laundry or going to the gym to exercise (my least favorite).

I've had enough excitement for the night with creating this blog! I think I will try to get Chad to bed so he won't be a little grumpy devil when I wake him up for church in the morning!
